No, there is no physical sticker to attach for Belgium. Environmental zones there are called LEZ (Low Emission Zones).
To drive in these zones, you must register your vehicle online.
The following cities have a LEZ:
Brussels
Antwerp (registration can also be done on-site)
Ghent
